Our 30-day returns policy states that you have 30 days from receipt of an item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and ensure it is resolved.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), made-to-measure products (e.g. special orders or personalised items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). Furthermore, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift vouchers.
Replacements
The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you have received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund via your original payment method within 10 working days. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
